We run evening events in different venues each month and are pay-as-you-go with no membership fees. Please see below for our upcoming events. Our evenings are friendly and informal, perfect for new or experienced networkers. We’re not single sector, all sizes and types of business are welcome. Most of our events run from 6-8pm on Tuesday evenings. Refreshments and supper are provided. Click on any event to book quickly and securely via Eventbrite.

 

Ribble Valley Craft Gins - 28 January

Shop of Hope, Clitheroe - 24 March

Join us at the Shop of Hope, a fantastic new concept and space in Clitheroe. They offer membership opportunities to supporters, especially artists, crafters and up-cyclers who can’t initially afford a shop front on the high street. 6-8pm. £15 including refreshments and supper. Click image to book.

The Wellbeing Farm - 21 April

Clitheroe Beer Festival -14 to 16 May

Our Director, Rachel, is helping to promote (and working at) the 2020 Clitheroe Beer Festival. Find over 60 real ales, real ciders and perries at this year’s festival and, new for 2020, a Gin Bar! You can even sponsor a barrel for just £75. Click image for more info.

Shores Hey Farm, Burnley - 19 May

Shores Hey Farm has views of the Thursden Valley and venue hire/catering for corporate and private events. They’ve an onsite cafe and are the home of HAPPA. Network and have a tour too. 6-8pm. £15 including refreshments and supper. Click image to book.

Sports Day! At The Bee Centre, Samlesbury - 25 June

End of Term Sports Day Networking! Meet new clients and contacts and take part in team games on the lawns of the Bee Centre in the grounds of Samlesbury Hall. Laughs and highly effective business relationship building. 6-8pm. £15 including refreshments and supper. Click image to book.

Canal Boat Networking, Hoghton - 18 August

Our annual networking canal boat trip with Canal Boat Cruises from Hoghton. Make excellent new connections while sailing along the waterways on this fantastic floating venue. See ducks and fabulous views too. 6-8pm. £15 including refreshments and supper. Click image to book.

Hurstwood Hall, Burnley - 24 September

The Salvage House, Whalley - 27 October

We return to the quirky Salvage House Collective in Whalley for an evening of curios, hobnobbing with local businesses including the collective themselves and making excellent new connections. The bar will be open! 6-8pm. £15 including refreshments and supper. Click image to book.

Tastebuds, Whalley - 15 December

Festive Networking! Tinselly fun with Pass The Parcel, optional singing and baubles aplenty. Meet new clients, contacts and collaborators  at the fabulous Tastebuds cafe, in the heart of Whalley, Ribble Valley. 6-8pm. £15 including refreshments and supper. Click image to book.
There is no requirement to bring business ‘referrals’, just plenty of business cards! We don’t have formal 60 second pitches, business card draws give the chance to speak to everyone, but only if you wish to. We supply name badges & attendee lists to make it easy to meet new folks. lovelocalexpo is our FREE annual business exhibition and a must-attend event for all Lancashire businesses. Meet over 50 local exhibitors, make excellent connections with new clients, suppliers and collaborators.
